  • Evaluating and responding to your Discovery Session request
  • Session scheduling and calendar coordination
  • Pre-session preparation and sector research
  • Delivering a written summary and recommendations after the session
  • Fulfilling record-keeping obligations related to service delivery

Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed on the basis of the explicit consent you provide by submitting the contact form (KVKK Article 5/1). You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to hello@athenatech.com.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only with trusted technical service providers (such as email delivery services) under data processing agreements.

Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purposes or as required by applicable law. Enquiries that do not result in an engagement are deleted within 24 months of the last communication.
